All meals provided are listed in your itinerary.

Morning and afternoon teas are not included in the tour (unless listed otherwise on your itinerary).

Please note to pick up your packed lunches after breakfast, to take with you.

Any guided tours or education programs are listed in your itinerary, otherwise your visit will be a self-guided tour.

Please leave all bags and belongings on the bus where possible, some venues require items to be cloaked and this will delay your tour start time. Food and drink are not permitted in Museums and Galleries.

LUGGAGE

For the coach, you're able to bring 1 bag per person — either a soft sports bag or a small suitcase, weighing no more than 15kg, with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 140cm. We strongly recommend avoiding metal-framed bags or bags with wheels, as these can damage other luggage in transit.

You can also bring one small bag to carry on the coach with you, stored either in your foot space or the overhead luggage racks.

Any luggage that's too large or too heavy will not be permitted on the coach.

If your trip includes flights: airline baggage allowances are separate from the coach allowance above and are set by the airline, not by us. These can change, so please check directly with your airline for the most current weight, size, and fee details before you travel:

HELPING OUT

We ask that all groups give a helping hand to the coach captain, to load and unload the coach, and to keep the coach clean inside.

We suggest groups of 4 for arrival and departure days to assist with luggage, as well as a daily group to help keep the coach free of rubbish.

If there is an emergency on the tour, we strongly suggest contacting either the Police, Fire Department, or Ambulance – phone 000.
